    About the Reservations

  • What time are check-in and check-out?
    What time are check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next day.
    For check-in after 7:00 p.m., please contact us in advance.
    Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not available.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?
    The following fees will be charged for cancellations made for any reason.
    ・7 days before - the reservation day: 100%
    ・30 days - 8 days before : 50%
    *It is possible to change the date up to 2 weeks prior to the date of stay free of charge.
    *No cancellation fee will be charged if the number of guests increases or decreases.

    ■Cancellation due to typhoon
    If you are physically unable to come to the hotel due to blocked highways, etc., and the hotel determines that it is closed, there will be no charge.
  • Is there a cancellation fee for changing the number of people, plan, or reservation date?
    Changes to the plan or number of guests can be made via the web or by phone.
    ※Changes in the number of persons or plan can be made up to 3 days prior to the stay, and changes in the reservation date can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the stay (however, only once).Changes made within 2 weeks will incur a cancellation fee.
    ※For customers with web reservations, changes made by phone will not be reflected in the reservation confirmation e-mail after the change.Thank you for your understanding.

  • Do you accept credit cards payments?
    You can pay by cash or credit card upon check-in.
  • Do you provide a shuttle service from the nearest station?
    We offer a free shuttle service to Omi Imazu Station.
    ※Reservations are required. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance.
    ※Pick-up time is from 14:40 at Omi Imazu station. Please note that we cannot accept reservations for other times.
  • Can I stay with my pet?
    We are sorry, pets are not allowed.
  • Can I stay alone?
    Yes, depending on the time of year.

  • What is the maximum number of people and beds?
    ■Standard Dorm: 4 people (max. 6 people)
    2 Bed Rooms, 4 Rooms: 2 semi-double beds / 3 to 6 people will sleep on an extra mattress.
    4 Bedrooms, 2 Rooms: 4 single beds / For 5 to 6 persons, an additional mattress will be provided.

    ■Connect Dome: 5 people (max. 7 people)
    Beds: 4 single beds
    Beds: 4 single beds / Sleeps 5 to 7 people with extra mattresses.

    ■Safari Tent: 4 people(max 6 people)
    Beds: 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds
    For 5 to 6 persons, additional mattresses will be provided.

    ■Regarding children
    Children up to elementary school age are as follows
    Without bedding: Not included in the maximum number of guests
    With bedding: Included in the maximum number of guests (4,950 yen/person)

    ■About the accommodation over the maximum capacity
    If the room is too small for your needs, we can accommodate up to the maximum number of guests.
  • Are bathrooms and toilets provided?
    We have individual bathrooms and toilets next to the dome tents.
    There is an open-air hot spring bath for a maximum of 6 people for an additional fee.

  • What is the water temperature of the private pool of the safari tent?
    The pool is cold water, so you cannot play in the water when the temperature drops,
    however, you can enjoy a uniquely elegant glamping experience while gazing at the bobbing surface of the water.
  • About Facilities

  • What amenities are provided?
    We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothpaste, bath towels, face towels, bath mats, hair dryers, and room clothes.
    Please bring your own room clothes for children.

  • Are there facilities for cooking?
    We provide kitchen knives, cutting boards, electric kettles, cooking scissors, bottle openers, and kitchen paper in the eating area of each room.
    There is also a single-size refrigerator with separate space for freezing and refrigeration.
    Please rent a BBQ grill set (gas grill, tongs, and gloves) for 3,850 yen.
    The meal plan includes a BBQ grill set.
  • Do you provide tableware?
    We provide plates, cups, knives, spoons, forks, and chopsticks for your meals.
  • Are seasonings available?
    For food hygiene reasons, we do not provide seasonings.
    We will provide the necessary seasonings for guests of the meal plan.
  • Is it possible to BBQ and eat even if it rains?
    Our BBQ area is covered and has a sash, so you can enjoy your BBQ any time.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Each room is air-conditioned.
    The tents are double-layered and weatherproof, so you can enjoy your stay even in bad weather.
  • Is there a TV in the tent?
    We are sorry, we do not have a TV.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes. Please use the free shared parking lot.

  • How many days in advance must meals be ordered?
    Please order by 3 pm the day before your stay.
  • Are food and drinks sold in the administration building?
    No, we do not sell food and drinks in the administration building.
    Please bring your own food and drinks from nearby retailers.

  • Is there a charge for bringing in food and beverages?
    There is no charge for bringing in food and beverages.
  • Is it possible to order only dinner or breakfast?
    Yes, it is possible. Please select "Overnight Plan" from the reservation page,
    please select the meal you would like to order.
  • Can I bring in a fire table or BBQ stove?
    No, you are not allowed to bring your own fire equipment.
    Please rent a BBQ gas grill (3,850 yen including tax).
    Each room is equipped with its own fire pit.

  • Are fireworks allowed?
    Fireworks are allowed until 21:00. Please fill the buckets provided with water and use them in an area where fireworks are allowed, taking safety into consideration.
    ※Fireworks are only allowed in the area where fireworks are allowed.
    ※Fireworks are forbidden except fireworks which you can have with hand.
  • Are campfires allowed?
    There is a shared campfire next to the administration building and a dedicated campfire outside each of the glamping tents.
    Time: Sunset to 21:00
    In case of rain, we will stop lighting campfires.
  • About the night bar
    A free night bar with craft beer, wine, highballs, lemon chuhai, and soft drinks (orange juice and apple juice) is available.
    Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
    Fee: Free of charge
  • Lost and Found
    In principle, the hotel does not contact guests for lost and found items. If you have any idea, please call us.
    We will discard any lost items after one month from the date of your stay.
    ※Food and beverages will be destroyed for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding
